1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.

2. Post-Processing Cancellations

Processing Status: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you may need to wait until you receive the order and then follow our return policy if you wish to return the items.
Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse delivery of an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund minus the return shipping costs.

3. Custom or Personalized Orders

Non-Cancellable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. These items are made specifically for you, and we are unable to cancel or change them once production has begun.

4. Refunds for Cancellations

Refund Process: For eligible cancellations made within the specified timeframe, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within [5-7 business days]. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Partial Refunds: If your order includes both cancellable and non-cancellable items, we will process a partial refund for the cancellable items only.

5. Modifications to Orders

Order Changes: If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address, add or remove items), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
